1. When will I receive my order?

We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–3 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary.

Yes! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number, and send the package to our return address. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €50 within the Netherlands
